Hitting the road in support of Tyler Childers' brand-new album, Snipe Hunter, which climbed to number 7 on the Billboard 200. This massive run includes a spring 2026 leg through the UK and Europe before returning to the states, landing at Dallas, TX, in April.
Tyler will be backed by his long-time band, The Food Stamps, and support for the tour comes from a rotating cast including Jon Batiste, Wednesday, and Evan Honer.
Son of a coal miner, and coming out of Lawrence County, Kentucky, Tyler Childers has neaver really left the countryside, describing himself as "dial-up man in a 5G world." Despite this disdain for modern life, he has managed ti still pick up 11 Grammy nominations in Country, Folk, and Americana. And to add to the contradictions, he often draws from his time in the Free Will Baptist Church while also brining out the music video for "In Your Love" depicting a gay coal-mining romance. And the album, Can I Take My Hounds to Heaven? fetures gospel, reggae, and orchestral sometimes in the same songs!
